How much do you charge?
We charge a flat rate service of $69 for in-store repair $79 for remote repair and $99 for in-home repair per Computer.
I am having a problem that isn't listed in your services. Can you still help me?
As long as your problem is a technology related issue, we should be able to help you with it.
What happens if the technician cannot fix my problem?
In almost all cases our technicians will be able to fix the problem you are having. Sometimes however, it is more cost effective to replace your equipment than to repair it. If this is the case, our technicians will recommend what is best for you, and then you can decide how to proceed. If for some reason you have a problem that we can’t fix, you will not be charged for any services.
Are parts included in your service charge?
No. You will need to provide any parts that are needed for repairs, and our technician will come back to finish the job at no additional charge to you.
