Stop. Don’t make it worse.
The first minutes after data loss matter most. If you’ve deleted files or a drive is acting up:
- Stop using the drive. New data can overwrite what you’re trying to recover.
- Don’t run random recovery apps or
chkdskon a failing drive. They can make a bad situation permanent. - If a hard drive is clicking or grinding, power it off. Every spin can cause more damage.
- Bring it to us. We’ll assess the device and tell you honestly what’s recoverable before you pay for recovery.
What we recover
Documents, photos, videos, email archives, project files, and more, from Windows PCs, Macs, external drives, USB flash drives and SD cards. When a drive has physical damage that requires clean-room work, we’ll explain that upfront so there are no surprises.
Then: never lose it again
Once your files are safe, we set up a simple backup that actually runs: local plus cloud, so the next failure is just an inconvenience.
