FAQ

Still stuck? Call (510) 705-1915 and a technician will pick up.

How much does Lenovo laptop repair cost in Berkeley?
Most Lenovo repairs start with our $89 flat in-store rate, which covers diagnosis and standard repair labor. Parts such as screens and batteries are quoted for your exact model before we order. Students save 10%.
Do you repair Lenovo laptops under warranty?
If your Lenovo is still under manufacturer warranty, check that first; it may be free. For out-of-warranty and accidental damage, independent repair is usually faster and more affordable.
My ThinkPad won’t charge over USB-C. What’s wrong?
It could be the adapter, the USB-C port or the charging circuit. We test each so you only replace what’s faulty.
