What does the $89 in-store repair include?
A technician diagnoses the problem at our bench and performs the standard repair labor, whether that’s a software fix, virus removal or a common hardware repair. Parts, if needed, are quoted separately and approved by you first.
When do you charge hourly?
For larger or complex jobs such as extensive data migration, custom installs, assembling customer-supplied PC parts or multi-machine work, we bill $75/hour and give you an estimate before starting.
Do you charge if you can’t fix it?
No. If your problem isn’t resolved, you won’t be charged for the service.
How does the student discount work?
Show a valid student ID and get 10% off all services, including custom PC build labor.
